Meet The Team
Hello I'm Claire. I have worked in childcare since leaving college, and joined Longparish Little School in 2001. I have seen the playgroup develop from a small Portakabin to the beautiful building we have today. I have NVQ level 4 in Children’s Care, Learning and Development and level 3 award in Management. I am the designated safeguarding lead.

I think the ideal pre-school environment for children is somewhere children feel comfortable to play, have fun and explore. That way they learn with staff supporting them when needed to extend their knowledge.

Hello I'm Kristy. I have worked at Little School since 2005. I have an BA (hons) Childhood Study, NVQ Level 3 Speech & Language level 3, level 2 in management training and have also studied child psychology. I am also the SEN coordinator with lots of training on speech and language, PECS, autism, memory processing difficulties, word finding difficulties, emotions and many more. Back up designated safeguarding lead, Designated lead for looked after children and Healthy and safety co-ordinator .

Hello, my name is Sylvia Condon and I am a qualified nursery practitioner. I live in Andover and I have just relocated from Sandhurst. I have worked with children in early years for 10+ years and I love my career. I think the main thing is that I am just a big child at heart and this really helps to build the relationships with the children and just have fun. My aim is to give the children the best start in their education and watch them thrive and grow. I have a little boy myself called Oliver and he is 5 so I have hands on experience at home also.

Hello I'm Sheena. My youngest daughter was unable to settle at her nursery and I was fortunate to be able to stay within the setting until she felt safe and comfortable without me being there. I absolutely loved my time spent there, playing with the children, seeing them learn and engaging in new fun activities. I found it such so rewarding and knew it was something I would love to do.

Hello, I’m Renee. I am qualified to level 3 and have worked in Early Years settings for several years. I have 2 older sons who are now both at university. I am passionate about children having the opportunity to learn through play, building confidence by taking risks securely and cultivating friendships. I love to encourage creativity in the art/messy area and enjoy putting together intriguing sensory trays for the children to explore.

Hi, my name is Sally, and I am the Business Manager for Little School. I handle all the admin to do with admissions, invoicing, and grant funding, and I am the person to contact if you have any admin queries or want to change your child's schedule. I look after the Little School accounts, and manage the staff payroll as well.
I have worked for Little School since 2016, but I am rarely in Little School as I work from home most of the time. My own children (now teenagers) attended Little School and LOVED it! They had the best start at Little School thanks to Claire and the wonderful staff who work here.
